2. Free Shipping Policy

  • Orders over ৳1,500 in Dhaka city qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders over ৳2,000 across Bangladesh qualify for free shipping.

For orders below these amounts, standard shipping fees will apply based on your delivery location.

3. Delivery Timeframes

📦 Standard Delivery:

  • Dhaka City: 3-5 business days
  • Other Regions: 5-7 business days

⚡ Express Delivery (Dhaka Only):

  • Get your order within 1-2 business days (Available in select areas).

🔔 Important Notes:

  • Delivery times start from the date of shipment, not the order date.
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political events, or supply chain issues may cause delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on:

    ✔ Selected shipping method

5. Order Tracking

6. Packaging & Handling

  • All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Fragile items & electronics are extra-cushioned to ensure safe delivery.
  • In case of a damaged parcel, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

📦 Delivery Attempts:

  • Our courier partners will attempt two (2) deliveries.
  • If the first attempt fails, we will contact you to reschedule delivery.
  • If the second attempt fails, the package will be returned to Upexl.

🔄 Refund Policy for Failed Deliveries:

  • If your package is returned due to a failed delivery, you will be refunded, minus the shipping costs.
  • To avoid failed deliveries, ensure that your contact details & address are correct.

8. International Shipping

🚫 Currently, Upexl does not offer international shipping.

  • We only deliver within Bangladesh.
  • All orders must have a valid Bangladeshi shipping address.
